Annecy Tennis has chosen to accept the challenge and take charge of this sporting event in order that a world-class tournament for 13 years and under continues to be hosted on the clay courts of Marquisats as was the case with young champions like Amélie Mauresmo or Roger Federer who once fought at Marquisats. Thus the « Roland Garros for 13 years and under » will be continued on the site where it all began.

We were encouraged by the city of Annecy and the FFT, in particular by its National Technical Director. In fact, Patrice Dominguez wishes to promote international competition for youngsters on clay courts. Let's hope that this will lead to one of our young French champions winning Roland Garros one day in the near future.
